Financial Tools for Building
Cash flow and Value

by

Maurice B. Goudzwaard Ph.D

INTRODUCTION

In the long run, managers must use appropriate financial tools that build value for shareholders, employees and customers. Value creation entails more than stock price manipulation; it entails a strategy of creating value for all stakeholders. “If companies strive to make good products, treat employees well, profits will follow.”

This seminar blends the ideas from Professor Goudzwaard’s highly successful course, “Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Executives” and key thoughts from his contempory course on Economic Value Added (EVA). This seminar is more analytical than descriptive and emphasizes how and why we use the correct financial tools to build value.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

All managers and financial staff who need to sharpen their financial tools, know more about Financial Value Added practices such as EVA, and who need to manage their company from a Value Perspective. There are no educational or financial experience prerequisites to take this course.
